The Evergreen surgery offers a range of ways to book an appointment, either by contacting the surgery or booking on line. If you book on line please take care to select the right type of appointment for your issues.
Please complete an econsult for non urgent medical and administrative queries such as sicknote renewals, routine blood form requests, travel vaccination
For issues that do not need to see a doctor the reception team will offer an alternative such as an appointment with our clinical pharmacist, first response physiotherapist or do a referral to a pharmacy of your choice where appropriate.
Urgent appointments will be booked on a daily basis; this means that patients should telephone when phone lines open at 8am or via online access from 07.50
For musculo skeletal issues please book online or ask for an appointment with our nurse
For those patients that wish to pre-book an appointment at a future date, perhaps due to work or other commitments, there are a proportion of appointments that can be accessed online- book online by using Patient Access or the NHS app.
The NHS app can be downloaded from your app store. Please note you must be registered with the Surgery and signed up to use this service. Ask at reception for details.
If you have a non urgent query, rather than make an appointment to see the doctor please complete an online request via econsult which is on our home page and we will get back to you within 24 working hours.
Need to see a doctor in the evening or at the weekend?
Patients who are registered at this Practice can now book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on weekday evenings between 6.30pm and 9.00pm.
Evening appointments will take place at The Shrubberies Surgery, Lilly House, George Lane South Woodford, E18 1BD.
Appointments with a GP, nurse or physiotherapist are also available on Saturdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Saturday appointments will take place here at Glebelands Practice, 2 Glebelands Avenue, South Woodford, E18 2AB.
