The results of the National GP Patient survey were published in July 2021.
Whilst we are pleased that are results are generally higher than the National and local CCG average we are still looking to make improvements and are working with our Patient Participation group to ensure any changes we make work well for our patients and the surgery.
Examples include:
Support for long term conditions – we now have a dedicated social prescriber to support our patients who need additional non medical help
Appointment access – we have an online process called econsult that will be responded to within 24 working hours.
– we have additional support from a clinical pharmacist and musculo skeletal specialist to release GP appointments
