EVERGREEN SURGERY -COVID 19 update.
Surgery plans after July 19th 2021
Whilst many restrictions relating to COVID have been lifted from the July 19th the recommendation from NHS England is that precautions continue in healthcare settings which includes your GP practice. This guidance is to protect our patients and staff and will be reviewed regularly as information is updated.
Patients are required to continue to wear masks and maintain social distancing when entering the surgery and whilst being seen by our receptionists and clinicians.
Patients are asked not to attend the surgery if they have confirmed or possible COVID symptoms (new continuous cough, loss of smell/ taste, headache, fever). An appointment in the form of telephone consultation can be offered as an alternative.
The staff will continue to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when they see you.
The surgery will continue to ensure good ventilation in all areas, and monitor the number of patients in the waiting area and clean all areas regularly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
